Alteration Agreements

Please be advised every submission must include a detailed diagram illustrating the current layout of the room(s) intended for renovation; an additional diagram delineating the proposed changes, clearly identifying the placement of plumbing and electrical components; a fully executed agreement with your chosen contractor; a valid insurance certificate from your contractor and any subcontractors; if applicable, copies of the electrical and plumbing licenses held by the involved professionals, and permits, if a permit is required by NYC. Only upon receipt of these essential documents, a signed alteration agreement, and the required alteration deposit (if applicable to your co-op), will a submission of the alteration package be made to the board for their thorough review.
