• Do not allow unknown individuals to enter the building. If someone attempts to follow you in, politely ask them to use their own access key.

• Key Cards/FOBs: Keep your key cards or FOBs secure

Reporting Suspicious Activity:

• Stay Alert: Be aware of your surroundings and take note of any unusual or suspicious behavior.

If you observe any suspicious activity, contact 911, immediately. Provide as much detail as possible, including descriptions of individuals and any vehicles involved.

Space and Accessibility: E-Bikes can obstruct hallways, lobbies, and common areas, creating accessibility issues and potentially blocking emergency exits.

NYC Compliance: NYC FDNY has specific requirements or restrictions regarding the storage and use of E-Bikes within residential buildings. Adhering to these regulations is essential for legal compliance and community safety.
