I need to connect my CONED account but my apartment is not found on the website.
Since Amara is a new building, the Con Edison system may not yet be updated to include all apartment numbers for online account transfers. To set up your Con Edison account, please call their customer service at 1-877-779-6943. A representative will assist you in finding your apartment number and help with your request.
How do I set up my RentCafe Portal?
You should have received an email with the subject Block Management - Resident Services Invitation from RentCafé with your registration confirmation. Please click the link to change your password.
Please look in your junk folder as it may have ended up there.
If you cannot locate the email, please click the “Email AMARA Support Team” button on the home page, or email info.amara29@gmail.com
How do I submit a repair request?
To submit a repair request at Amara, you can use either the RentCafé resident portal or Property Meld. Here's how:
RentCafé:
Log in to your RentCafé account.
Navigate to the maintenance request button.
You will be redirected to the Property Meld site.
Submit the request.
Property Meld:
Visit the Property Meld portal at Property Meld Login.
Log in with your credentials.
Submit your repair request through the platform.
Do I need a COI if I am recieving furniture?
Yes, you need a COI if you are receiving a White Glove Delivery of your furniture or large items. These deliveries include items that are brought into your home and assembled, rather than being left in the package room. A COI is required for each of these deliveries. We ask that you fill out the AMARA Delivery COI form to upload a PDF of your COI. This form is available in your RentCafé Portal or in the Resources section.
Who do I make my rent checks out to?
First Month’s Rent and Security Deposit must be provided via Certified Bank Check and made payable to BQ 29, LLC. All other rent payments can be made via personal check or electronic payment.
